That's a great idea, Bill. But then wouldn't someone need to be kicked out? :noidea::lecturer:

That's a good idea, but I think that's probably too few. Historically we've usually had to scrounge for 10 or 12 teams so not sure we could maintain 2 leagues from year to year. I also think we might have a few converts who are worried about not being able to play fantasy bball this year and decided to try their hand at football. No problem with that at all, but the numbers this year seem to be the exception rather than the rule :)

Of course, we love competing against you and I'd be interested to see how your football skills stack up.

That's a nice gesture but it's fully up to you. You can invite another person to share your team under 'Edit Team settings'. I'm cool with that if others are. Depends also if Motown wants to be a co-Manager.

How do I add a Co-Manager? | Fantasy Football Help

All in all I just think 16 teams is probably too many for football. Some positions would get very thin and we risk having uncompetitive teams or teams not being able to field quality lineups every week.

However, I am prepared to set up a 2nd league which is non-forum sanctioned (:)). Those who miss out on the forum one will get first priority and others who would like to play in a 2nd league can join. We can trial new things and other goodness. Happy for anyone to try their hand at co-commish or full commish of that league.

I'm cool with the co-manager option if a spot doesn't open up. I really want to see how the upper echelon of managers get down here at PF.com. Thanks for the offer detteam. Seems like if I am co-manager I will be able to view the draft but you have to make all the picks. We share managing responsibilities during the season. I'm cool with that. How much time do we have before we have to make a decision?

MoPi, you can share with me. Maybe the 2 of us can punish them.

Just take my spot, Mo. Fantasy NBA is my first love and I'm going to be really too busy with work to spend much time doing both football and basketball at the level of detail I'd like to. I know the whole NBA lockout is going on and might jeopardize the season, but still.

Unfortunately Jammer can't play this year so Motown takes his place. Thanks to CJ and detteam for their kind gestures.

All managers have now joined the league and you can vote for your favourite draft time in the Draft thread.

I'll reiterate my offer to stand down. If Locstah wants to participate, he can have my spot.

Maurice Jones-Drew returns to practice, calls out fantasy gurus - Roto Arcade - Fantasy%Blog - Yahoo! Sports

"Pretty much every reporter, 'Will he be back, is it possible to come back and do what he's done?''' Jones-Drew said. "A lot of fantasy football gurus who have never stepped on the field before or ever been in the locker room, they know the best about football."

Check this out too. I respect what he did. But fantasy folks who "owned" him didn't.

    http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/recap?gid=20091115020

“Sorry to my fantasy owners,” Jones-Drew deadpanned. “I apologize. I had myself today. It was a tough call, but whatever it takes to get the victory, that’s what counts.”

It's absolutely up to you CJ. If you want to give up your spot please work it out between you and Locstah - I won't be making any grand decisions.
