Wow, your football team put up 149+ points and still loss. Tough break.

    I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS SPORT!!!

Thank you to whoever sent me the message about the players I was missing. I have been trying to convince an ardent NFL follower friend to help me out but he has been reluctant so far :(

The Panda will make a comeback though. You can be assured of that...

ever since Tate took Tron, Tron can't get going. He won't play for a stiff like Tate.
plus Tate has a voodoo doll of Tron that is uses as a pin cushin.
    Trade Tron to me Tate.

If you would have merely set your roster, you had an easy win against my underperforming Squad. That RG3 injury killed me the most. The rest of my guys simply didn't show up this week.

You're welcome Panda. Sorry I Must not have been clear enough.

If you ever need help Please Feel comfortable Asking questions in the foum.. We were all rookies at one time. I sincerely mean it when I say that just about everyone is willing to help. Even Laimbeer will help you. He likes to brag about how much he thinks he knows.

If you have a question on a particular free-agent that you are thinking of picking up You can always shoot somebody a private message. I will help you to the best of my ability(or You can ask somebody who actually knows what they are doing). :)

The only exception is This week (you are playing Darth junior) And the next time you play me. Just too much conflict of interest for me to help you there. ;)

I tried to. I dropped players (except Romo cause I don't want to lose him lol) and replaced them with FA's to bolster the squad. But there must have been a delay or something. I'll do a quick foray into the fantasy guide over the weekend to get a better idea of how to set up the team :)

Cheers dude. Its been hard for me to put much time aside for anything lately, but I will free up again shortly.

Panda you can't add/drop players starting until Tuesday morn. Bench you can anytime.

A guick guide from a fellow non-american who knows nothing about Peyton Brady, Tom Tebow or Donovan Vick:

You only get points for starting players.

You use the bench to substitute players you want to keep when they are injured, have a bye week or play a tough opponent.

You generally use the free agent pool to drop the injured or fringe players. If you are lucky you might once in a while find a good player like I did with Morris but unless you are a Gladstone Gander like Nemo or a die hard NFL fan like Dork Tater you'll mostly just find a slightly better replacement player. I mostly use the FA pool to switch to a D that plays a bad O since I find the opposing O more important than the D itself. I don't drop my star players unless they are injured.

Using your example, you don't drop the Romocoaster when he has a bye week. You bench him and use another QB this particular week. The next week you insert him in your starting unit again.

Tough break with the mini D last night Bill.

I'm considering starting Flacco and the Ravens D Sunday, just to make it a little more fair

Taking Minnesota as your defense is like choosing popcorn for the anniversary dinner. :)

    Before yesterday's game:

Minnesota's defense (owned by Laimbeer): 10.00 points per game
Seattle defense (owned by Nemo): 9.71 points per game
New England defense (owned by Detteam): 9.57 points per game

There is a reason it says "4 Time Fantasy Champion" next to my name and there are no banners next to some other names...

Thanks, Nemo. Congrats to you last week after rebounding from your 163-72 loss. You must have given your team a nice pep talk. :cheerleader:
