I had the worst-possible scenario yesterday. My two goalies played against each other and they playted to a 5-4 score. On the bright side, at least one of my goalies got a win...
I hate when that happens. Don't feel bad, my goalies each gave up 6 goals yesterday. I still can't believe I traded my super stud for Jammer's stiff, out of man-love (for Lecavalier...NOT Jammer).
Goalie was supposed to be my strength, though. I drafted goalies in rounds 3 (Brodeur) and 5 (Fleury).
Hey, Tater: Is that Cavalier guy from Virginia?? (You know, the UVA Cavaliers) My son lives in Charlottesville. I'll ask him if he remembers him. Your team seems to have good geographic balance. One guy from Missouri and one from Virginia. Maybe you could pick up Lubomir Vinofsky(sp). I understand that he has a string of Oil Change shops on the south side of Chicago. I don't have access to fantasy sports at work, but I think I did the same (Thomas and Mason). I don't like Thomas too much, but he was so darned good last year (I think you had him). I like Luongo & Nabokov much better, but passed on them. I don't htink they are doing too well either.
I just noticed that Raxrets dropped Ray Whitney. I added him to my Watch List and then 2 minutes later you picked him up. Do you have access to my Watch List? You can't trust these Cannuckians...
