2003 playoffs - came back after being down 3-1 to the Orlando Magic

2004 playoffs - came back after being down 3-2 to the NJ Nets (lost a triple OT game 5 at home)

2005 playoffs - came back after being down 3-2 to the Miami Heat

Have a little faith fellow Piston fans. Looks like we have lots of doubters out there now.

WE WILL BEAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS!!!!

If I'm wrong, feel free to use this thread to bash, mock & belittle me.

I just listened to Mike Stones (Stony and Wojo show) rant about loosing confidence in the Stones and no longer believe them up to the task. Seems that our track record says our faith should be even higher.

Yup, even the so-called experts are doubting us now. Not to mention they're supposed to be homers as well.

If Stoney picks against the Pistons, that's probably the greatest thing that could happen. That dude is more wrong than the search for Weapons of Mass Destruction.

For me this is the test to see if we still have our old Pistons. Pistons from the past 2 seasons would still win a series like this.

Yes, we still have our "old Pistons" no doubt about it.

The boys play better as underdogs. I hope everyone counts us out!

Pistons will win it; this is not the optimum time of the year for the Tigers to be playing better than the Pistons.

espn voters think the cavs have a bttter chance of getting ot the finals than the pistons and the heat have a lot of votes. on si most people think the cavs in 6. This works in our favor.

I happen to believe the Pistons will prevail.

    1) Cannot possibly play like this for another game.

    2) Worst 2 games all season and we only lost by 2 points.

    3) Pressure is now on Cleveland. This is the 1st time they really feel like they can win and they do not want a game 7 at the Palace. Clev is no longer the underdogs.

    4) The emotional lift they got from Hughes tragedy and the Sheed comment are about to wear off.

    5) Flip has to be making some kind of adjustments.

I'd like to see a stat on how often the ESPN voter majority gets it right.
