    """""""Offensive guard Edwin Mulitalo, who was entering the facility to work out, said he hadn't heard anything about Millen's firing.
    "I don't know," he said. "I just had a baby. This is my first time out of the hospital."""""

    No wonder the Lions are losers. They have female offensive lineman.

    Does he have a track record of sound decision making? He probably invested all his money in analog receivers.

    Good start but the Lions aren't out of the woods.
    They still need to clean house with some kind of continuity.
    Maybe Marinelli can be D play caller. Colletto and Barry gotta go.

    Well, yes and no.

    The huge question is who replaces Millen!!!

    Russ Thomas, Millen...I mean...there are lots more losers out there.

    The forseeable future for the team rests in who the replacement is.

    But I am THRLLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What about just leaving that position vacant and dontating the savings to the make-a-wish foundation?

    :pound::laugh: good one...

    WCF sr loved him so much he probably just moved him from Ford Field to a little house on the Ford compound and will be in charge of the grounds and maintenance staff..

    ESPN is ignoring calls from his agent to become an studio guest analyst...

    Today is a happy day!!! Millen is gone, but will things change? I don't know. Will they finally hire someone who will get it right? Will the Fords stop meddling in the draft choices?

    He had a golden parachute while he was here! He has already made $35 MILLION dollars from this organization.

    You're probably right. We all know that Millen has a thing for receivers.

    Congratulations forum Detroit Lions fans! I don't follow them (I'm a Seahawks fan, a different kind of futility, not nearly as agonizing I guess) but I have followed these Lions threads through the years and wanted to express my relief that this guy Millen is GONE!
