Millen should have taken a page out of Machiavelli's book. He should have got Ford Jr. out of the way, before Ford Jr. threw him under the bus.
Now I know what the KCM's weakness is: mechanically challenged - Sorry about the lemon. But driving around with your wipers going is too much.
I'll admit that I don't have a high mechanical aptitude, but I am far from challenged. It's intermittent. The only solution is to unplug them for good. Btw, the dealership could not fix most of these problems. Absolute incompetents.
On the flip side, I have a Nissan truck with 135K miles on it, and it has never had a mechanical problem. I recently had to replace the brakes for the 2nd time and had to replace a hose in the AC system last summer, but other than that, ship shape. I feel like I ride the thing pretty hard too (see Irritating drivers thread). Before this vehicle, I had a Chevy pickup, a Buick, and a Ford that all had major problems and tons of annoying small things. Probably done with American cars I'm sad to say.
I thought you were going to come at me with "My Shorona" "My Bolona". I found the WTC videos there. Wanted to see those for years.
I just expense out replacement blades each year. They don't do it all the time. Usually when it is most embarassing, like when I am trying to look cool as I drive by some pretty woman at a bus stop. Then they start flip flopping all over the windshield, and I'm driving the dork mobile.
