    Rumor: Jason Kidd headed to the Knicks
    Jason Kidd reportedly spurns the Dallas Mavericks to finish a career off as a New York Knick | Ball Don't Lie - Yahoo! Sports

    Wow, everybody's jumping ship from the Mavs. First the Jet and now the Kidd. Granted they're both getting older, but that's your starting backcourt. So, essentially Dirk is left with rookies plus:

    Vince Carter -> a has-been loser
    Shawn Marion -> glue guy
    Brandon Haywood -> lumbering big guy
    Beabois -> French Will Bynum knockoff
    D. Jones -> who?
    B. Wright -> second tier bench guy

    They need help FAST.

    The Rockets send Lowry to Toronto for nothing 1st round pick.
    Kyle Lowry is traded to the Toronto Raptors, as the Houston Rockets continue to tear it up | Ball Don't Lie - Yahoo! Sports

    The Rockets are completely gutting the team. This caught my eye:
    I've always liked Lee's play. I wouldn't mind if Joe picked him up to round up our guard rotation. So that'll be Knight-Lee as starters and Stuckey coming off the bench with English. Bynum rides the pine.

    Joe continues to pay the "opportunity cost" on top of Rod Stuckey's $8.5 million dollar contract.
    C-Lee a classic example of a SG that could be had for waaaaaaaaayyyyyy cheaper and IMO would make the team better.

    The league is full of these guys.

    That would be one way to stick it to Steve Nash.

    Massive blockbuster trade in the works for sending Howard to Brooklyn.
    Proposed Dwight Howard deal to Nets could contain more than 10 players - Yahoo! Sports

    Now that last bit with Humphries is interesting. It would be fun to play the spoiler and offer him a 4-year deal. I wonder if there is anyway we can get in the fray with picking up Humphries along the way.

    Sources -- Brooklyn Nets, Orlando Magic need fourth team to possibly complete Dwight Howard trade - ESPN New York

    Clippers would be the 4th team involved in this deal and their board is ecstactic about the possibility of adding Brooks, since they have already lost both Mo Williams and Nick Young. Since Billups may not return until January the addition of Brooks helps them tread above water until he comes back and most importantly it increases the chances of CP3 re-signing next summer and keeps the Lakers from getting Dhoward....:good:

    Just wondering if Joe can find multiple teams involved to move CV and Tay if possible to get a young established stud to back up Knight or another big up front that can play right now.
