    Furrey, 29, led all Lions wide receivers last week with five catches for 55 yards in a 9-6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

    Yeah, he looks pretty good out there. Good hands, decent speed and athletic... but I'm not going to put him on my fantasy team just yet.

    He's tough. That's what I like about him. You gotta be willing to take hits and still make the catch when playing in the middle from the slot position.

    Agreed.

    IMO, you need 1. toughness and 2. good hands from your slot receiver in that order. Just ask Matt Millen about Bill "Allegator Arms" Schroeder.
