If anything he should be facing stiffer charges since he took it a step further (loaded and cocked his gun).
SportsCenter just announced Arenas & Crittenton are both suspended without pay for the rest of the season. edit: also said Arenas' contract probably can't be voided unless he ends up getting jail time
