Twice this week on the Washington Sports Talk radio, I have heard them mention the strong possibility of the Wizards trading their pick. The Pistons are the #1 possibility according to John Thompson and Doc Walker.

The Pistons appear to have the ingredients that the Wizards need to ho with their big three. It also seems that the Wizards will not break up their big three (Butler, Jamison and Arenas.)

Then today I was on the Mlive blog, I ran across an article that further corroborate that we may in fact have something stewing.

The trick to all of this is; if washington picks 3 or 4, we have to get a quality player in that spot, then the wizards will throw in Nick Young and Eton as fillers. Nick Young played a lot of PG this year and I watched him a lot, he is full court energy who needs to play with discipline, but boy can he light it up.

Hey Roscoe, if the pistons take the Wizards pick, can we in-turn trade that pick to someone else?

A.G. Yeah, I'm almost positive we can trade the pick away...but no way we should.

Nick Young is good. I hope we do that!

I think they would be a lot more interested in Rip since they are kinda set at small forward.

Is good trade for both teams, wizards present and pistons future, Rip is rigth for wizards, and we can choice Thabeet,Rubio imposible at 3 or 4 pick but we can have luck with wizards lotery pick...is not easy but it´s possible.

*Pau Gasol 17 rebounds 15 points¡¡¡ Joe deal his young brother, we need a young and winner real center¡¡¡

This scenario, I like. We have this rumored deal with Washington Rip or Tay for WAS pick, Nick Young, and Mike James but check this out RealGM: Basketball Wiretap Archives: Colangelo: We Might Want Another Pick
The Raps want another pick. How about we make a 3 way where we send Rip to WAS, WAS's package to the Raps, and Chris Bosh to us. We could trow in something else. I dont know if they'd bite on that but man oh man! :stirthepot:

Thabeet (if Pistons can get him) for Bosh? Will certainly be interesting.

The 5 pick should be even cheaper, and if we can turn around and trade it and JMax/Amir to Memphis for the 2 to get Rubio, I'd be loving life.
