**GREEN OUT Monday April 6th!**

Hey fellow forumites and Piston fans,

Tomorrow, Monday, April 6th, is the NCAA championship game at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.

I'm sure you all know that the two finalists are the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Michigan State University Spartans.

I know that most of us are not Michigan State fans, per se. In fact, many of us bleed Maize and Blue.

However, this game means a lot to the State of Michigan. Many of us were born there, lived there, lived near there, or just feel some sort of connection based on our love for the Pistons.

I don't know if this game means as much as the Tigers World Series victory in 1968 when the city of Detroit was going through a rough time of a different nature, but it does seem to mean a lot to everyone.

I think, therefore, that this is a great time for us all to come together as a forum and show our solidarity as a group and support for the State of Michigan.

I am proposing a GREEN OUT tomorrow Monday April 6th, from Noon Eastern until Midnight Eastern time. The GREEN OUT means that everyone posts in Spartan Green between those times tomorrow. I think it will be fun. So let's set aside our differences (UM/MSU, Pro Iverson/Anti Iverson, etc. for just one day and show what a terrific group we have here.

I know Roscoe doesn't care about march madness, but i think it would be cool to green out the forum for Monday, maybe somehow changing the front page or the banner or something in honor of msu's championship game appearance.
