    When the Pistons pick at 15, Joe and his staff will deliberate intensely. With just a few moments remaining on the draft clock, Joe will make his decision and hand the official paperwork to Tay to deliver to the NBA officials. Instead of promptly delivering it, Tay will stand there with his left arm fully extended and hold the selection out away from his body for approximately 15 seconds.

    The clock will expire causing the Pistons to forfeit their 1st round pick of the '09 draft.
