Wow, hopefully they will take it easy with him. 5 MPG's or so and Amir can still develop. I still remember when we drafted Ratliff, later traded him to the Sixers for Stackhouse.
Say what?? Return of a Teal The-O missed 45 games this year with a knee injury. Played 2 games all last season...I thought at one point he was out of the league. Wonder if the fatone walker would have at least given us that bulky inside presence, but then again he would have probaly tried to take more ill advised threes than Sheed..... OK who did Joe get to call Dale Davis to tell him to unpack his bags...
Yes but it was a good teal year my friend. That was when we won 54 games and Ratliff/Thorpe were a defensive presence up front.
Yep, and I have his game face on, so lets see if he provides the x-factor when and if needed.. Go Theo, welcome back bro
cool beans yo. i'm liking not having a bunch of retreads. and i meant re-treads from the past couple years...not retreads from 1995 lol
Have to hope that he stays healthy thats the thing. Kind of a risky move by Dumars but I like it, you can afford to take chances with a 5th big.
If he really is healthy, then this is awesome. I loved the way Ratliff played in the teal days. We are getting an $11M player for the prorated min. What's to hate? I hope another team picks up Davis. He must be a little ticked right now.
I'm sure that Joe had John Hammond call up Double-D's agent, Chubby Wells. (I've been trying to figure out a way to work the word "Chubby" into this thread somehow).
This is good news. What about a Ratliff and AJ lineup with Stuck, Spellcheck and Tay? Talk about length and quickness (if Theo has something left)? Let Arnie work his magic.
