    Thanks Orlando.

    Orlando 92, San Antonio 80

So Piston fans, sit back, relax, and enjoy these last 4 games cause THEY DON'T MEAN A DAMN THING :).

And as a sidenote on Orl, how scary is this team now? They've got young talent, but the biggest factor seems to be heart, they are playing fierce. Wins over Miami, Detroit, San Antonio and Dallas in the last 7 games. I think emotion can only carry them so far, but this team is going to age well together. Our Orl draft pick next year is going to suck.

Agreed. Lets take care of the Raps tomorrow and then sit back and relax.... but still win the last 3 games just for fun.

    YEAH!

Now let's make it mean something.

Bring back the crown to Detroit!

    No losses at home.

Either during regular season or playoffs. Let`s make HCA really mean something!

Good to finally have home-court locked up. I think the ultimate benefit against the toughest opponents is that you have more of a margin for error. All of the elite teams are good enough to win on each other's home courts, as we've seen with the Pistons in the playoffs in each of the last few seasons (well, except for when the Lakers came to town!). If you're off your game by just a little bit, a San Antonio, Dallas, or Miami can steal one in your building.

But, the same is true of the other team. If you win one on the road, great, but now if you drop one at home, you're back where you started. That's what we saw last year with Miami: strong start by winning Game 1 in their building, but we still ended up having to win Game 7 in their house. So HCA isn't just about having Game 7 in your building--though obviously that's a big part of it--it's also about not having to win TWO games on the road against another elite team, in most circumstances. The Pistons were able to do it against Miami last year, but not SA. Beating the Spurs twice in their backyard was just too tough a task.

Another huge advantage is the crowd. Home crowds have been know to sway the outcome of games all through time.

Detroit worked all year for this and the Magic put them over the top. Just a little helping hand. I thought that was a nice touch. But now, it is time for the Stones to take full advantage of it.

If things work the way I think they will, they will not even need the final game to win any of the series.

This was Joe's plan all along. He knew that ORL played SA and Dallas down the strtetch, so he sent his hitman, the Original Serbian Gangster to destroy them and get HCA for the Pistons.

    Joe is wonderful.
