Not sure if this is really true or not, but a friend of mine also told me about it earlier today.

That would be ideal. I don't see a Rip and Tay for West deal working that is too much to give up.

Wow, Rip and Tay leaving for just West is crazy but what if we were to get West and Paul (even though I know they are not letting Chris go) but whooo the possiblity of that.

I second that idea. Never happen in a million years though.

Has anybody been watching NO in the PO's? Unless they are giving us CP3, then no thanks.

He's great, but we might have the same bulk problem in terms of him guarding East SF's.

Paul has been getting thoroughly destroyed in the series by Chauncey too. CP3 the next Zeke? ... I think not.

I don't know about West. He needs Paul to be effective IMO. He's not a post player. Most of his shots are open jumpers created off of pick and pops via Paul.

Yea, he's getting worked. But he's still somebody i'd take a chance on. We need a PG, and if they don't want the moon for him, go for it.

Well of course I'd still take him. He basically carries that entire team. But I think people have overstated him in the past as well. He is not one of the greats yet... and he might be a worse defender than Stuckey. lol

This is scary and might be true. From what i can tell he plays the AI style of defense. His claim to fame is steals.

I've been hoping Joe could swing a trade for Outlaw as a backup for a couple years. He's similar to Tay in build but quicker, more athletic, 4 years younger, a better shot blocker, and more willing to take contact.

However, Tay's a better point forward :pound:

Yep, although to be fair, Stuckey does possess the physical tools to be a good defender. Paul is undersized, so the bigger guards are going to abuse him.

Still, there is no way in hell that this guy was deserving of all NBA 2nd team defense. Steals hardly tell even a fraction of the story.

Can West shoot from the stands? If yes, he should be able to run the pick & pop with Hot Rod.

I also like Lamarcus Aldrige from the Blazers, his game is similar to Rasheed and the kid is a hard worker.

CP3 has only been in the league 4 years now, give him time. Dude's a dominant PG for sure. I'd love to see him in the Blue, Red and White!

I'd trade any three players on the Pistons for Chris Paul.

Send Prince and Rip to Hornets for CP3 and Chandler.
