There's a time and a place for everything.
Lose Bluejays. You know Bluejays eat the eggs of other birds.

That's only when lambs and does aren't readily available.

    Yeah, he PM'd me this:

    Darth,

I'll do whatever I can to contribute to the forum. I'm tired of being dead weight around here and I am eager to help out. Sign me up as tiger food.

    Your friend,

    Bill Laimbeer.

At least Cashman doesn't pocket ALL the money. He uses it and spends it to try to win. A lot has to do with the Red Sox winning it twice this decade. I'd admit the Yankees have A HUGE advantage in having a big revenue every year, but the free agents don't have to accept their money. :)

They rose the prices because they have now have a new stadium, although they did lower the prices. They did lower them though.

I admit almost half a billion in free agents signing is a WHOLE lot of money (especially in this economy), but these guys were the best. They have a lot of money coming off next season, so you might brace yourself it can/will happen again.

It will be interesting if they do put a salary cap, but it more then likely won't be accepted by the players union.

My bad. I forgot they lowered they're ticket prices so now it only costs $1,250 to sit behind the dugout and a measly $300-500 to sit in any of the seats along the foul line. Not bad.

DUDE! Half a BILLION?!?!?!? On three players!?!??!!?? Doesn't that figure make you cringe? Nothing to see here folks, move along. Why would the players union accept a salary cap with excriment like that going on?

I wish the Yankees nothing but failure for the rest of eternity.:sssh:

Right now they are 14-16, 4th place & 4.5 games out of first. :)

Still early, but a nice start...for Yankee haters, that is.

Personally I root for the home team first, and if the home team is not involved, I root for the underdog. The Yankees are never either of these, so down with the Yanks!
