If we can hang with these cats, I'll be pretty stoked.

Indy is a great defensive team, and we're getting there too. This is starting to look familiar.

Pizza Guy's gonna get loose tonight and rain treys all up in the Pacers' mugs.

I'd DNP Singler tonight. We know what Singler can do already, let's see how KCP does against a team like Indy.

This is another of the Pistons developmental cornerstones, let's take the promising rookie who is already a little uncomfortable adjusting to the new league and play him out of position against one of the top teams.

Whatever it takes to get one of your dumber players on the floor.

Time to see how the new frontline does against the big kids.

Who starts at SF for the Pacers? They have the size to match up against DET. Can Monroe go against West on the block?

Might be time to (gasp!) throw a couple to Drummond down there and let him go against Hibbert. He should be able to take him facing the basket, no?

Pacers last undefeated team.....time for the Pistons to end that. Need a full house at the Palace and the front line to hold their own...

Our bench appears to be better than theirs.....just depends how Mo chooses to rotate them. After three games, the Pacers lead the league in defense, so shot selection tonight will be of utmost importance and the careless turnovers have to be cut to a minimum to win this game....

Darn it, I was just about to watch the Houston game. Been trying real hard not to see who won before I watched it. Oh, well, I guess I will still watch it, but it will be hard to stay awake to watch it, knowing the outcome. Good thing I got lot of sleep last night.

Sorry about that....but it was very entertaining...and it might keep you awake....non stop scoring from both teams.....I had already provided a recap in the Other NBA games thread. Either way Pistons have to follow the trend of not allowing a team to get to 4-0 in this league and stop the Pacers.

We might see an old-school Goin' to Work style game tonight.
Lotta D with these two teams.

I'd like it to be different, but for now I'd say no. For my money Hibbert was the best big man in the game at the end of last season and I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be the same this year.

I still watched the game. Although I had to watch it in two parts with a bit of a nap in between. I do not root for either team, so it was hard stay all that interested. This is my first time with League Pass for several years. When I use to have it, I would try to follow about 4 other teams closely, and maybe 2 more to a lesser extent. That way, I had a team to root for each game. This year, I am not sure which teams I will be following. Generally, I have chosen to root for teams with a Pistons connection. I do plan on following Houston, although you may not see the connection right off. Once upon a time, I cheered for Howard, as he worked along side Darko in Orlando. Kind of like to keep following Howard's career now. A bit into the season, I will identify with that team enough to root for them to win - and actually be able to watch without falling asleep. Orlando, Milwaukee, and Toronto are other teams I plan to follow some. Memphis most likely. Not so much because Tay is there, but because I followed that team not too long ago when Darko played for them. And then I will choose one of Washington, Indiana, or Cleveland to watch some. Note, mostly east teams, as I have found trying to track West Coast Team seriously interferes with my sleep schedule.

After we beat the Pacers tonight, we can say we accomplished something. Not because they are 3 an 0, since they have actually played 3 very poor teams - but because they beat Cleveland, and Cleveland beat the Nets, and the Nets beat Miami, the World Champs.
