Is it just me, or is LeBron becoming more likable?

If they got there almost entirely on his back, then how much does an owner need to do?

Dan Gilbert spent money while LeBron was there. They probably would have benefited by being patient and drafting talent to play with LeBron his first few years. That was before Gilbert though (when the blind guy got fleeced).

Actually, Kobe has made exactly $50 million over the last 2 years:

    2011 : $24.8
    2012: $25.2

Pre-Bad Boy era, I rooted for Dr J, The Iceman and Magic/Kareem. I was a kid and I might have been blinded by the bright lights of superstardom.

As the Bad Boy Pistons came along, I was in the process of growing up a little. I learned to appreciate more than highlights and dunks.
Rooting for the likes of Zeke and Laimbeer taught be about gritty basketball and teamwork. I came to love this team dynamic. I'd still turn on Sportcenter every night to see what Jordan did, but I developed a healthy hatred of the man while at the same time appreciating his game.

The Bad Boys instilled in me a significant dislike of "NBA Darlings".
This significant dislike was/is directed toward:
    1. Jordan
    2. Shaq
    3. Kobe
    4. Wade
    5. LeBron

(for some reason I can't bring myself to hate Kevin Durant)
David Stern made these guys posterboys for the NBA.
I've always chose to throw darts at these posters.
