Second time today a lady on the forum wrote "cute" to me. Things are looking up!

I hope you don't feel obligated because I sent that DVD. That's the sort of thing that delusional fans do for complete strangers, because they ostensibly have this common bond, in this case, a passion for Detroit Pistons basketball. :)

Nesterovic would be a nice complementary player who will help them. Sure, his defense isn't great, but he can rebound and fill the space in the key. And he can put the ball in the hole when called upon. All in all, it looks like a balanced team. Calderon and Turk will help Rip score like the old days.

That will still be a very tall frontcourt with Turk and Bargs 6'10-6'11 at the 3 and 4. Floor spacing will be great on offense. At least it will get the fans excited scoring 100+ ppg. Phoenix East?

Here are two other possibilities. Dalembert for Rip. I think Merc mentioned this makes sense because Joe might try to send Rip home to Philly, although Dalembert sucks for the money.

The other one is Amare Stoudemire, although the Suns don't have any big men besides Amare and Ben Wallace, and I don't think Ben as your best front court player is a good move.

Don't forget that the Raptors also have their highly touted Forward Demarr DeRozan, as well as Jake Voskul (FA) and Patrick O'Bryant (C), They also got Devean George (G-F) in that trade with Dallas.

So I think Raptors are stocked at both the Forward and Center spots without Bosh.

Dal sucks, I'd rather roll with Rip and go small. Although Rip for Brand straight up works too.

Phx wants young players, we don't have any of those.

He is a Habs fan. So never leave him alone with your woman, and never let him drive your car.

Dream a lil' dream with me... naw I hear ya bro... the cards are stacked against Bosh staying in Toronto... actually Clevelnd has a good shot now with the new expiring deals they picked up.

What we don't know is how much "incentive" Joe is willing to throw at the Raps... does Twiggy and a future protected 1st catch their attention?

It would be a strange mix.. I've never liked Bosh at the 5... not with them boney knees... so Tay, Kwame, Bosh.. with Charlie V first off the bench at the 3/4?... I dunno man sounds goofy.

If Joe can get Bosh in return for Prince (and fillers) he better damn well pull the trigger. I mean come on.

Wouldn't Toronto rather have Rip than Tay... since they have Turk.

Correct, with Anthony Parker leaving Toronto, they are in need of a SG.

Yes, of course. I was just responding to the poster that said Joe isn't willing to give up Prince.

The reason I said Joe does not want to trade Tay is because Didn't Joe reject a rumored trade with the jazz (Tay + filler for Boozer).

That may be true but Bosh is way more valuable than Boozer.

Indeed. Boozer would have been a one year rental. Acquiring Bosh would be adding a franchise player.
