I definitely thinks he jolts their team. My cuz and I were talking about that in the offseason when he joined them. I think our bigs are going to have a real match-up with them and it's going to be exciting to watch them play four times this season. He has to feel like a new man/player on that team. He is going to get help from everyone on that team. They are team that never gives up (especially when they play the Pistons).
Sheed has always been able to lock Bosh and JO up. The problem is, can Amir stop the one Sheed isn't guarding?
I have always felt Jermaine was short timing it during the last few years as a Pacer. This is just going to prove the theory.
They said the same thing about VC when he went to New Jersey. "Half man, Half a season!" They shouted. He still had some mileage left in him. We'll have to wait and see.
"On Monday, the former Indiana Pacer did what looked to be the impossible: he shook the jet lag out of teammate Chris Bosh. Less than an hour after flying into Edmonton from Los Angeles..." Don't you at least need to cross more than one time zone to legitimately get jet lagged? What weenies. They ought to try flying in coach with their knees at their chins, landing, jumping in a rental car, and then presenting to hostile clients an hour later. Four hours in the luxury team plane and then having to sign some autographs. Tough life.
Besides interesting facts like Edmonton having the world's largest shopping mall in 1981, Wikipedia claims it to be in the Mountain time zone, making it only one over from California. All right, Bosh had to cross a time zone. He was probably distracted trying to reset his watch.
Jermaine O'Neal and Mateen Cleeves had quite a duel last night: JO- 2 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists, 0 steals, 1 block MC- 2 points, 0 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, 0 blocks I'll give the game ball to Mateen for the high steals.
