A few reports have the Cavs as the favorites to get Stoudemire now...They're basically offering the Suns expiring contracts (Wally) and JJ Hickson.

Unless dumars didnt offer wallace/ai + amir + 1st round pick, cleveland stand no chance.
I read detroits first draft pick is top 15 unlike cleveland. Plus AI/Sheed is better to have then wally.

If the trade goes through...that would rank up there with the Gasol trade...

    Mo Williams
    D west
    Lebron
    Amare
    Big Z

with Wallace, Varejo, etc.. on the bench

Thats crazy...that might be one of the best starting lineups ive ever seen(on paper at least)..

actually if an owner wanted to i guess they could just buy the number 1 draft pick.... i'm sure portland bought 2nd rounders a few years back.

wonder how much you would have to bring to the table though, and can you imagine the backlash from the selling town though....

That would really be a blow to the Pistons organization if that trade goes down. Man, that would suck.

I think the Bulls are out of the running now because they don't want to give up Thomas. I'm not sure who else, if there is anyone else, that is in this thing now.

You sure our draft pick is a top 15? How did we get a draft pick that good?

If we finish in 15th place, we'll get the 16th pick, right?

Who did we get the other pick from?

I don't think you have to worry... Iverson isn't going anywhere.

Sheed is the centerpiece of this deal, as you already pointed out.

I wonder if Ben would be part of that. Ben and Wright would get you Amare straight up. He's only got one year left (or is this his last year?). Ben playing behind Shaq would be highly weird. Ben and Shaq playing together... well, I wouldn't go down that lane.
