For anyone who can't make the draft... You can preset the auction values for each player (or stick with the default) and it will auto-draft for you. From the main league page click on 'Edit Auction draft list' on the left side of the page and you can alter the values. The below is from ESPN: Each team in an Auction draft league will have an "Edit Auction Draft Values" link available on the top-right of their main My Team page. On this page each NBA player has a predetermined value (based on projected performance), which can be customized and saved. If no values are submitted pre-draft, the system recognizes the default ESPN Experts Auction Values. When the draft begins, the values are imported into the draft application. If you have set your values and are NOT online when the Auction is in progress, the system will bid up to that approximate value on every player. If you have NOT set your values, the default value will be used. In both cases, these values will only be used if you are on Autobid, in which case, the system will randomly vary between 50% and 110% of the set/default values.
what's the total amount of $ we have to spend? i'm gonna have to pre-set the values, i won't be around tonight.
just to get thbis straight- we have 200 Mio to spend on the first 3 rounds of players and the rest will be usual ranking draft?
This will be very interesting. I can see some people blowing 75% of there $200 on there first 2 picks. you have to be disiplined and think like a real GM with a salary cap.
You have to remember this is a keeper league. I have to remind slippy not to blow all $200 on Shaq and Sean May.
