Pistons' injured stars still missing | detnews.com | The Detroit News Slam dunk Fox Sports Detroit is offering two different ways to watch the Pistons-Lakers game tonight. The regular telecast will run on FSN Detroit. On Fox Sports Plus, the telecast will feature a "matchup cam." Cameras will isolate on key matchups during the game.
Not to expect anything, just relax and enjoy the luxury to have a TV lived game of my most favorite team. Yeah I'm not going to work to-morrow ( it's Thu / 22:53 / 09.03.26 over here right now and the time to tip-off will be Fri / 07:30 / 09.03.27 for us ). G'nite.
On surface it looks like a slaughter but the Pistons usually play the Lakers pretty well so we will see.
Is the match-up cam still going to be Rip & Kobe? Is Rip just going to be sitting there? Will they follow him into the bathroom? I would cut my arm off if they put one of the cameras on Amir. This is a great match-up for him tonight and Curry is a fool if he doesn't play him.
Yeah he is. Bynum is ripping this defense apart. Hermann is making me eat my words too, and I love it. This is some exciting basketball.
Ok half. Sort of a fluky comeback, LAL got over the shock of WTF are these ppl?, but good half nonetheless. Now let's see if they can sustain anything.
Start of the 4th...Tay is -33 and Hermann is +14. I guess stuff happens. Very curious for a guy not able to watch.
b/c he can play defense? I know i'm not the only one who saw Stuck/Bynum get abused by Bryant/Fish in the 3rd. Fluky offensive players don't win games. Maybe one day someone on the coaching staff will get that. I understand the need for more offense out there w/o Rip and Sheed which gives Curry an out, but if you play like the Suns you'll get burned like the Suns. Sorta OT; but we started Will Bynum the second half at PG and Curry moved Stuck to SG. Are we just going to keep moving our PG's to SG until we figure out we 1/ don't have one or 2/ aren't developing him right ? AI->Stuck->Rip->Bynum, Who's next Kwame? Hermann went nuts in the second, had a great stretch, and then proceeded to brick everything from there on after. Tay has been sleeping and has also been in for most of the game which is a great feat in itself.
He plays hard. I have seen no indication outside of the mythology he has accumulated that he has any talent as a defender.
