That's cool. I don't think he was talking about CV, because he gives you about 12 and 5 and 16 and 7 on the good days.

Anyone watching the Miami - Detroit summer league game right now? This is the first summer league game I have watched this summer and I am severely disappointed in our potential guys. Nothing but trash out there. Slaughter has some hustle so far and that is absolutely it. Everyone else is a complete disgrace with no hustle or energy and absolutely no hoops or defense..... Granted they don't have Austin Daye or Jonas Jerebko but you would think that these guys would be begging for a chance to dive for a couple loose balls to prove themselves to the Detroit staff but they are just going through the motions. We are midway through the second quarter...I hope things pick up.

Dajuan just needs to be cut from the roster. He doesn't give a damn at all it seems. Total trash. Ironically he will welcome his former teammate Monroe to the team, show him the ropes, then say goodbye as he sits on the couch at home.

You're not watching our best prospects. With Daye and Jerebko out there, they had some semblance of an organized attack. Right now it looks like pickup basketball. Not even White looks decent.

Oh My. Joe. Put. The. Soda. Down. please.

Koshwal has been very active but for each steal he must have thrown or almost thrown the ball away.

Koshwal channeling the hands of Kwame Brown

Koshwal has been showing Kwame hands in this quarter. He can't hold on to the passes.
He seems to be physical and active, but if he could hold on to the ball he'd actually look like a prospect.

Summers is trying his bestestest to stick with the team but I really want to see them try to work monroe with Summers letting the opportunities come to him. I mean how many times do you need to see a guy get stuffed under the rim?

Was it Koshwal who did the behind the back pass to Summers? It was hard to see on the crappy atdhe-stream.

Monroe making Silas look like a lottery pick. White showing some stuff. Nice offensive rebound with a kickout to Summers. Then a jumper.

A nice pass to Monroe who couldn't convert but ended up at the FT line. Then another nice jumper.

I was just about to say he sucked and monroe came up with a great rebound and a hook and then another great offensive board. His free throw shooting is really good.

Excellent Thee!! Thanks for sharing with the Forum!! :D

What I have to say about today is:

Cousins looks more athletic than what a lot of people thought. And I'm starting believe those people who said that He was the best player of the Draft.

Monroe can shoot for Free Throw SO.... We have to say thank you because now San Antonio can't do the "Hack-a-Ben" on Monroe..

    Hickson can play..

Hopefully Cousins overall dominance can carry over into real games. I would loooove to see this kid dominate the league. The kid has a real offensive game that we haven't seen in a center in years. Plus, (so far) he can pass, defend, rebound, hustle, etc. pretty everything you'd want a center to do. And looks very comfortable out there.

But it really gets my goat that we couldn't land this guy.:falloff:

The Kings future looks bright with Evans and Cousins!

We heard that "bulk up" - stuff about Darko or Cheick Samb over and over again; I will only believe it when it happens.

I think he'll fill out a bit naturally just by working with NBA trainers, etc. But it still won't make him a center in this league. G-Mo is a PF.... And if they focus on how they use him with what he's actually GOOD at doing, he'd be a lot more impressive. He's just ain't a center...

I wonder if its possible for A. Daye to put on weight. He might end up like Tay, spending his whole career looking like an anorexic that needs to be forced fed to save their life.

I don't think it is possible for a guy with that build to bulk up. He might be able to add a few pounds but he always gonna look like he is just made of skin and bones no matter if he spends the rest of his life in a gym.

For as skinny as he is and Tay was, neither appear to be weak to me. Can anyone name a game where Daye's weight was factor? He only needs strength, I was actually impressed by how ready he was to contribute last year, I'm one of those skinny guys on the court, don't let the slight build fool you!
