Watched the Sacto v MN game last night and Cousins looked pretty good. His "attitude" surfaced in the 2nd half when he wasn't getting the ball and he started shortening his runs up and down the court. Maybe it is good that he didn't come here if that is what is going to set him off? He also seems a little dethatched from his teammates - not offering a hand up when someone gets knocked to the floor etc. Aside from that the highlight of the game was an awesome in game interview between CWebb and T-Wolves GM Dave Kahn about everyone's favorite Darko Milicic. It went something like this. CWebb: (Already laughing a little) What is it you see in Darko that all the other teams haven't? Maybe I was dreaming, but did I read somewhere that you said Darko was a great guy to build your team around? Kahn: Well I didn't say that we would build the team around him, but I do feel like he has a chance to be our staring C and be a very good player for us. CWebb: Really? Kahn: Yes, he's very skilled and Kurt (Rambis) likes him a lot. I've never seen a big man who can pass the ball as well as him. CWebb: (Incredulous) What?!?! Whoa. Kahn: (Interupting) He's a better passer than Vlade Divac......... CWebb: (Laughing) Whoa, better than Vlade? If you say so....ah ha ha... Kahn: We feel he's in a good situation here where he can flourish. CWebb: Well I wil say as a player often all you need is someone to believe in you. Kahn: Exactly. You know how it is. When did you start feeling like an established NBA player, not until you went to Sacto right? CWebb: Ahhhh, not really........I was a player before that. Kahn: But you were never entirely comfortable...... CWebb: (Cuts him off) No..... Kahn: But..... CWebb: Listen, you are never going to say my name and Darko's name in the same sentence. It's not going to happen.
Honestly it was probably even better than I depicted. I am going off of memory after seeing it last night and probably forgot some stuff. Webber was phenomenal.

the look and comment "good luck" to close the clip.... omg webber wasn't not impressed.... imagine what he wanted to say.
Just had to look up Cwebb's rookie numbers to make sure I was remembering right. 17 and 9 as a rookie... was an allstar averaging 20 an 10 in his 4th season... this all before he went to sacramento where this GM thinks he finally became a good player.... If he never paid taxes and saved every penny he made he'd have a little over 1/3 of the $$ needed to buy the Pistons.
Anyone is going to watch the game in a few hours?? I want to but ATDHE doesn't work very well with my poor internet connection :(
Dre, I was driving a punk ass Yellow cab. Flip will never run out of money, nice tip too. - P.S. Webb made more as a Reen.
- Yeah I was in respectable mode. I shoulda gone psycho and kidnapped him for an hour. With a call to the Low. - P.S. Flip did a great job while here.
