That's IT? WOW, what a big baby. He easily couldn't have block as he was still standing. He had a good excuse, he simply overblew this by confiscating the tapes.
Agree that this whole issue has been blown out of proportion not because he and Nike asked for the tapes but because the media made a big deal out of it. Any BB player can get dunked on by any other BB player of the same height no matter what their stature is. After viewing the tape the folks who were there and not there kind of let this dunk grow into urban legend status...and TMZ ran out of Michael Jackson footage so they paid for someone's cell phone footage for this off season NBA story. If anything LBJ needs to turn this into a new commercial ad to offset the negative press on it...

Main thing that bothers me about this is those tapes were the personal property of those who took them. Did the Nike Exec's pay people for the tapes as they asked for them? I understand that they were under no legal obligation to hand them over but still. The idea of taking property from someone without reimbursement.
