    It could just as easily be the Rip Hamiliton rule. Rip's not exactly a stop-on-a-dime kind of guy. Actually, three steps before stopping would be the Rip rule.

    Dribbling in itself is a out dated. It makes no sense to have to bounce the ball on the court when you're trying to move around.

    Think how stupid football would be if that were the rule. Baseball too. What other sport requires this? They don't even let you use your arms in soccer because they know it ruins sports.

    The game would be much faster and the athletes could shine if it were finally eliminated.
