Do ya'll think he come back next season or retire Me i hope can retire i think his time is up and he take the front office job
I'd say he will retire, but I think the bigger question is whether he will be on the playoff roster or not. If so, then he needs to get dusted off quickly.
I'm in the minority here, which is odd as a white male, but I think Lindsey + Stuckey would be an excellent backcourt for short stretches. Old Man River might prove a decent option vs Rondo as well. It's def his last season, if we bring him back in any capacity other than front office/coach next season I will have run out of my ample supply of "trust in Joe".
Don't disagree, but with only a handful of games left, Lenz is going to have to take off the sportcoat pretty soon or it's all over. If he isn't on the active roster every night starting in a week or two then he may already be de facto retired.
Which would not be the end of the world either... I'd say the last 2 weeks of the season, especially if we a locked in to a seed would be enough time to get him in sync.
In the game I attended, Hunter was already walking out on the court with "real" coaches during each time out, so he is already being groomed to take Flip's place next year if Flip fails to make it past game six of the conference finals. As usual Flip ignored his input just like he does Curry, Porter and Cowens.
I'm so happy for him though he has no idea that he has a fan over here, I read the news with a big smile.
He hasn't posted in about 3 years. We should start a campaign to bring back Doublead. I bet if he got a lot of likes, he would come back.
He just started coaching last week. This is very bizarre to hand a guy a head NBA coaching position with absolutely no coaching experience at any level.
