The Lions place of play is called Ford Field. I think we should honor the owner of the Lions whose name is Willian Clay Ford. At this point we should change the name from Ford Field to W. C. Fields.

Clue: I'm picking Stanton up AS SOON AS I CAN for my Fantasy teams. He's healthy, got it on good info. Actually, the Defense did much better in the 2nd half. Held them to 2 FG's and a TD. But when we had the lead, Kitna faded into oblivion as usual in the 4th.

When it really counted, immediately after the Lions took the lead, the Detroit defense folded. The Packers easily marched down the field, kicked a field goal and regained the lead. There cannot possibly be a worse defense in the NFL.
I agree. You can't hand your opponent a 21-0 lead and force your offense to play catch-up all game long. You can throw trying to establish the run and any semblance of a gameplan out the window at that point.
This has been happening the last 5 years. Same ole Lions. It is sad that this is only the second game of the season and fans have already given up.
I didn't give up on the season sun, heck i didn't give up on the season last sunday.... I gave up on the season in jan when i knew that the fords and such were going to still be in charge this year.
Apathy. It is here. Until Millen is fired we won't be respected or respectable. It is sad when the Fox pregame team rips the Lions and NFL radio doesn't even want to talk about the Lions and states they are losers.
The Lions are a longtime nationwide joke...everyone knows it, except the Fords. I think it's time BillD begged their mercy for the people of Detroit and made them an offer.
