Philly is a tough place indeed.

A few years back there was a fan of another team at Veterans Stadium rooting for the opposition, it may have been against the Redskins. The fan was dressed in a Santa Claus outfit. Philly fans beat him unconscious. The guy actually had to be taken from the stands in a stretcher.

If the Lions do take this game, I hope there aren`t any over zealous fans in attendence!!!!!

Also, Philly is decimated by injuries, not to mention Mcnabb is not the QB he once was.....hence, a Lions win, so say the experts.

That's how they've made most of us feel. We root for them but don't believe in them (at least not yet).

Backus sucks. This guy can't stop any edge rusher.

Philly hadn't scored a single point in the first quarter this season. They now have 21.

It's the same old story in this one, the Lions D cannot tackle and hasn't had any pressure on the QB.

Looks like our 2 game winning streak is in major jeopardy.

21-7 Eagles and they just got a 23 yard pass play

McNabb has hit some big plays...the Lions secondary looks very porous.

I've got to admit, deep down, I had a feeling that the Lions would either win close or lose big. I didn't want to say it out loud though for fear of jinxing the team like you clearly did.:gun1:

I also had a feeling that Kevin Curtis would destroy us. We always seem to get beat by former Lions or guys that have shunned the Lions.

35-7 Eagles barely into the 2nd Q. This is getting UGLY!

Outstanding catch by Calvin Johnson in DOUBLE coverage.

He went down hard on the play and is still on the ground. Hopefully he's ok. Looks like a lower back injury.

Follow up CJ's great catch with another brain freeze by Roy.

Macdonald picked him up though. Caught the ball first then exploded towards the end zone for the TD.
