NFL players seem to have to much time on their hands with nothing to do between February and July. Are all these incidents happening back in the players home towns where they are trying to brag and hang out with their homies??
ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) -- The Detroit Lions have cut cornerback Aaron Berry, two days after he was arrested for the second time this offseason. General manager Martin Mayhew says the Lions terminated Berry's contract because of personal conduct which adversely affected the team. Lions president Tom Lewand says the team has stressed repeatedly that ''there will be appropriate consequences when an expected standard of behavior is not upheld.'' -----Here's the quote from yahoo which speaks of the Lion's action against Berry, but...............What about Nick Fairley.....??????? 1. He also had 2 offseason arrests........just weeks apart. Fairly who drove 100 mph under the influence and attempted to elude police in Alabama after being arrested for marijuana just weeks prior. .......will certainly serve a suspension once the season starts. Obviously to me.......one player seems more valuable than the other. What's up with that???
