It's was so boring going 3-13 every year and knowing that we were going to get knocked out in the Zero'th round. At least it is interesting now. Will we get that win? Will the organization fold? Will Millen be re-hired? So exciting.

I disagree. When we would go 3-13, at least I knew we had a 19% chance of winning. Now I don't even get my hopes up.

I'm sorry. I got wrapped up in a murder case at work and forgot what day of the week it was. :dizzy2::redface::doh:

I don't know how I feel about this if it's true. It's exciting to get a quarterback but we have been down this road before. Based on the last 50 years, I'm going to assume it's just another bad move until they prove me wrong. Who will protect him even if he is good?

Mercury, I passed through your 'hood last weekend. We stopped at the Ponderosa. My son thought it was funny when we saw an Amish buggy parked at Jay's Sporting Goods.

Did you see Hoss and Ben Cartwright too?

What's up with those 60's tv shows anyways? Nobody was married. Matt Dillion. Mr. Cartwright. Hoss. The Rifleman. Andy Griffith, The Professor. ...

Always with the flash, no substance.

    Lions from
    Cowboys)
Jarron Gilbert DL 6-5 288 San Jose State The centerpiece of new coach Jim Schwartz's defense at Tennessee was Albert Haynesworth. Gilbert has the potential to grow into that type of player. He runs 4.81, which indicates Gilbert could stay highly explosive with significantly more weight. He also has the production to back it up after winning WAC co-Defensive Player of the Year in 2008.

This guy seems a little lite to start but as a DE I like him.

It could be a safe pick.

There are a lot of OT in this year's draft, but Jason Smith is a converted TE and is now the best offensive tackle in the draft?

Oh well. Good Luck Lions Fans.

PS. NFL must do something about the amount of money that is handed out to the 10 players that are chosen in the top 10. It's ridiculous in this economy state.

Part of the Lions interview process with Matthew Stafford...

Lions coach: "What were your final grades in college your last semester."

Stafford: "Coach, I got four "Fs" and a "D".

Lions coach: "Sounds like you spend too much time on one subject."
