Very true, I guess he is improving. Only 5 more coaches to hire and fire and he should have the process down cold! The more I hear about Marinelli, the more I like him. It doesn't bother me that he hasn't been a head coach before. He sounds like a straight shooter (not a BSer), who runs a tight ship, knows how to treat his players and knows that games are won and lost in the trenches and with good, hard, tough, physical play on both sides of the ball.
