Star Jones, it sounds like the leader we are looking for is Iverson. Maybe he should stop deferring the leadership role?

It really is amazing to hear Curry saying things like, 'We're only losing by a little so that means we only have small problems to correct.' As someone in the comments section of one of the papers said, he acts like he took over an expansion team

You have to remember, the Pistons are a very difficult team to coach. You put five guys out there that can guard the man in front of them, make the opponent work hard for every basket and you are only going to win two games out of three.

At this stage of his career Iverson is a starter on a mediocre team and a sixth man on a championship caliber team. He can't guard the man in front of him and he has gotten too old to compensate with hustle and heart except in short bursts. He would be most effective off the bench.

The main problem is that no one has told him.

The saddest part of this whole thing, (for me, at least) is that no one will really know whether this is true until next year, because at this rate, I really don't think Allen will be back.

So, what will people say if the "old" Allen shows up on another team and they do the same or better than what this team ends up doing? Will he ever get some credit for the obvious (to some) subversion of his game this season? Or will there be some other way to deny the actual issues of this team in particular?

He only has 10 fingers though, and 1 is pointing to himself. Who's escaping his blame? Acker, Sharpe, and Hooper?
