Even though I didn't pick them officially, St.Mary's is gonna win it all. Too much Aussie talent on that team. They will upset Texas in Round 2. Book it!

12:45pm PDT - Kent State put up only 10 points in the first half, lowest ever for a half in tourney history. An inspired pick by me! Fortunately the majority seemed to think they would beat UNLV as well.

Looks like most us picked Kent State to take out UNLV and they are down 20 nearing the end of the first half. Linwodd didn't pick anybody so he wont' get anypoints for this game....but I made an even bigger mistake by not picking a winner of my second round winner between the Tarheels and Hoosiiers and then no winner between them and Wash state.... so I am missing 22 potential points from the get go...:yellowprison::yellowprison::yellowprison::yellowprison:

Looks like you also forgot to choose a finalist to take on Memphis. Doh!

Well, looks like Baylor at least sort of made a game out of it before going down.

Can I get partial credit for that?

I guess picking teams from either the ACC or the South in general may not always be the best strategy.

But for one brief shining moment I was tied for first.

Vegas always has the odds in their favor. UNLV ruined my 65-for-65 and cost me $5M :gun1:

8:44pm...Belmont 58, Duke 58....this is what makes March Madness special..win or not!!!

BTW...I hate DUKE....and Belmont College is about the size of old Marygrove College in Nashville. I use to do cable calls over there all the time...

    GO BRUINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:pound:

6:23PDT Duke survives!!!:frusty: You knew that Belmont couldn't hang on ...the nation was ready to crown a cinderella!!

Those dang Trojans lay an egg as Beasley & co holds the Mayo:) I had them advancing all the way to the regional finals. Jiust lost a bunch more points there too. Can we start all over??

Dude...you should have asked me first (die-hard UK fan) if you were really thinking about picking them to advance that far. I would have disabused you of that kooky idea very quickly!

My kids must have been on my computer and messing with my bracket...there's NO way I'd have picked USC over Wisconsin!

All 15 people picking 1 or 2 seeds to win it all. (except for the guy who picked MSU.....Gutsy call). Interesting that nobody picked Duke. I thought the world was full of Dukies. My cinderella was picking Clemson to make it to the final 4. I really thought they could be championship material, but not with North Carolina in the way.

haha i picked MSU. total homer call :) i also messed up picking 'name' schools in AZ and KY. oops. but you have to take *some* chances, unless the unlikely scenario occurs of no upsets.
