No, the Furdette kid. They call him Allen Iverson.

Villanova looks awful...Reynolds didnt start..maybe the team psyche is down.

Georgetown over Kansas, just like the way they finished the season and played in the Big East tourney.

That Freddette kid from BYU is just that good. PLUS, they are playing in Salt Lake City, practically home games, and Cuse would have travel across country, through 3 times zones. No thanks. BYU to the final four.

Kentucky will lose to the defensive minded Wisconsin in the Sweet 16 (their reaction to going to overtime in the Conf. Tourney did it for me) which will pave the way for Big East winner and tested West Virginia team.

Nova takes down Duke (if they get past Robert Morris).

Of the 19 PF participants, looks like only 7 of us had ODU upsetting the Irish.....guess they should have played this game yesterday on st patty's day?

Looks like the #2 Nova might be going down...so unless BYU can comeback and win this OT game vs Florida, I might fall to 0-3 to open the tourney :(

Fredette is just that good. I've seen a lot of white guys at BYU who were "Mountain West Conference good", Jimmer is "NCAA good". He's been a bright spot all year. Our interior game is a big flaw, but if we get the perimeter and passing game going and Fredette gets hot (or Lloyd Jr again - WOW!), then our bigs can play admirably.

    My Final Four:

    #1 Kansas
    #7 BYU
    #1 Kentucky
    #1 Duke

I have Kansas winning it all. The last two years I tried to pick a slightly less-favored team in the championship game (Memphis, then MSU). This year I thought I'd try picking the favorite. Obama better not be wrong about that one.

BYU's first two games are in Oklahoma City. If they can beat Kansas State, they would play in Salt Lake City for two or three rounds. So I gave them a win over Pitt in the sweet 16. I have Syracuse getting upset by Florida State in the second round (I have a weakness for picking good defensive teams) and UTEP advancing to face BYU. BYU beat UTEP this year at UTEP, and again, the game will played in SLC, so I have BYU losing in the Final Four against Kansas. It's a stretch, and I'm normally overly cautious in picking my team, but I just have a feeling this year. Kansas State is a huge challenge, though.

Kentucky will be tested by Wisconsin but will make it to the Four. John Wall will cement his status as the #1 pick just by showing up.

Duke is good and has an easy region (see #2 Villanova needing the refs to beat a 15 seed in overtime). CBS and the NCAA want Duke to do well (see $$$$$). They will roll to the Final Four and beat Kentucky, then lose to Kansas in the championship game.

After I filled out my bracket with mostly the same picks as these in a Facebook group, the computer told me my bracket was "DARING".:fingerscr
