I also had Winthrop winning that. Looks like your 15 seed upset special of Texas A&M Corpus Christi over Wisconsin might be materializing, Tater. Still a ways to go in that game, but Wisconsin seems totally unable to score any points at all.

My lowest ranked Sweet 16 Cinderella was Long Beach St., a 12th seed, but they're losing to Tennesee. Two-and-a-half minutes left, and they're down by...28. :pound:

I picked that one two tater, but my local sleeper upset in Long beach State laid an egg... just like Stanford did yesterday...

Border Collies had ND over Wintrop, and GT over UNLV so no perfection today for them.

OMG! I don't remember picking that. I didn't even check the first time you said it because I thought you were kidding. I think I did it by accident because I just checked my other bracket which was supposed to be identical, and I have Wisconsin. LMAO! Oh well, I'm sure Wisconsin will pull it out.

Wisconsin's edged into the lead now, but it might still come down to the wire.

Long Beach ended up losing by 35 to Tennessee, which I think is the biggest margin of defeat so far in the tourney. Quite a nice first round for the two big teams from the Volunteer state, with Vandy eviscerating GW yesterday by 33.

It's only shown to guests to keep the pages light for members. If you logout you can see it.

It's only real purpose is pointing out (very obviously) what a thread or forum is about.

    Thanks btw.

dba, where's your faith? You only have your Hoos in the Elite Eight. Why not winning it all? I mean, look at me, I've got my UK Wildcats...losing in the first round. :biggrin1:

Well, I had it until I watched them blow a nice lead against NC State of all people in the second round of the ACC tourney. And then I remembered all the times they've let me down in the past.

    Wise guy, eh? :stooges:

Actually I used to follow it a lot more closely than I do now. But when my Wildcats are serious contenders (which they...um...most definitely aren't this season), I kick it back up a notch.

As much as I love March Madness, it tends to bring out some of the dumbest sports fans alive in a bunch of places. There are SO MANY people who say the most ignorant things about how college ball is so much better than the NBA. The one-and-done excitement of the tournament is unbeatable, and I understand people who prefer that to the endless NBA season. But when you hear people talking about how much better the quality of play is in college, how they share the ball so much better, how they're trying hard every game while the pros always mail it in...don't get me started...:mad2:

Do you mean Yahoo messenger? I never use it. Everyone's Yahoo alias is up there on the bracket challenge group, as long as you can figure out whose bracket is whose (I think mine's pretty obvious!)

Yours is the bestest bracket ever, Hog. I got plenty of enjoyment out of seeing it before the games started.
