Bad Boys Reunion tonight. Halftime should be fun to watch. I just read Dennis Rodman is in Argentina right now. What a knucklehead.

Will Joe get booed during the ceremony? I bet he'll get grouped with Isiah somehow to minimize it.

Dennis hasn't been treated like a full member of the Bad Boys for a long, long time.

I was at the game when they retired his Jersey. It was during the team sale and Mrs Davidson recieved a loud round of boos upon being introduced. Rodman felt sorry for her went over to hug her. I thought it was a class move.

Halftime celebration was okay. Everyone but Worm was there. Lots of great ovations from the crowd. Dumars started to get booed, so Zeke walked with him to drowned out the boos. Blaha talked for a few minutes and Isiah thanked the fans. Pretty cool, but nothing over-the-top entertaining or exciting.

I was a little disappointed in the half time show too, it was good but I guess I was expecting a little more excitement. Then when we were so down so far so fast, I was paying more attention to my phone reading about Desean Jackson......

The only thing that would have made this halftime exciting is if Dennis Rodman had showed up a white horse and blond hair right in the middle Zeke's speech.

A member of the NBA all name team, Fennis Dembo showed up as if he had just ski'ed in from the Himalayas wearing a ski cap. Dembo is one of a handful of players who has a ring and only played one year in the NBA .......can anyone name any more?

The team played as if wanted to embarrass Joe and were run off the floor within five minutes of the beginning of the second half. I had split screen going on trying to watch the other team in the area that had more wins than the Pistons....The Wolverines win their game 28th game of the season.

I am certain the 50+ year old bad boys would have given a better effort even in their old age...:yield:

Stats of the night!! Pistons 3-24 from beyond the arc....

Siva, GiGi and Mitchell play the last 4:44 of the game and all three were held scoreless. Only layup by JJ and a late three by KCP kept them from going negative for the game.

Aside from an offensive rebound he got right before he was taken out of the game, I don't think Drummond touched the ball in the 2nd half.

    I enjoyed the halftime show.

I enjoyed the game, as we stayed in it, until Singler came back in the game mid second. After that, we quickly went to a 30 point deficit. And gee, for those who doubt what I just said, look at the boxscore. Singler was minus 24. Never was there anyone in the game he could guard. Never a reason to play him. None at all.

Unless you are cheering for more losses. What a travesty though, to do such a solid tank job on our hero's night.

Salley talked of conditioning between games. Nobody did this more than Rodman. Too bad he was not there, I am guessing he felt he would be a distraction with all his troubles of late. I will never say a bad thing about him.

Way, way too much of one big and two miniature front line players to go with him. Like Singler and JJ playing as our forwards with any of Smith, Monroe, or Drummond. We got badly outrebounded by the worst rebounding team in the league. It gets worse even as Pope is seeing way too much time at small forward. Miniature front lines are not working. We go away from our big front line all too early, and never go back to it. (apparently because of edicts that guys like Bynum and Singler must play. There is actually room for neither in our rotation.)

When did we do fine if one of our bigs sat? When JJ played small forward along with any two of Monroe, Drums, or Smith. This is a statement for the whole season: Every minute Singler has played at small forward has been stolen from JJ who always, always, looks better at that position. JJ adds to our rebounding when he plays small forward, and makes us a better team when playing there.

PS, the new coach should be fired ASAP. For leaving our franchise player out there way too late in a blowout, and then Monroe after that.
