Exactly it's pathetic. I usually don't complain about the refs, but some of those calls were ridiculous. I have ZERO doubt in my mind that if the roles were reserved and Wade was shooting it would be a foul, no questions asked. It would immediately be called a foul. Screw it, if I was Curry I would have had to be escorted out after watching that crap go down. I'm glad he got in the officials face

calm down, folks. Dumars was ready to accept that his rookies( coaches and players) have learning session this year but he probably did not expect it to be so painful.

Just like old times: D-Whistle getting the calls/no-calls and the commercials are all about how great he is (and how great his sex-parties are).

i could stomach losing... i can even stomach one call going to the superstar at the end of the game, but having to watch it on national TV were 3 pathetic jock riding announcers (van gundy has to be the biggest joke in the history of announcing) and a game long series of calls that were no where near being falled both ways is just pathetic and the league wonders why there losing more and more purists from the game.

I know for a fact I will not watch one playoff game besides the pistons games and like last year won't watch one min of the finals....

Let the players decide it on the floor, call it fair and let the players play decide who are the superstars not the marketing dept of the league.

I wonder how his boys (his kids are boys right?) loved seeing how there dad makes time to go see other kids but doesn't make time for them...

wasnt there an article that got no national play about how he's a non existent dad since him and his wife seperated?

This game was lost in the pregame show when the ABC crew tried to anoint Wade the MVP based on his last 10 games. There was no way the refs were going to let him lose if the game was close and the Annoying Broadcasting Company announcers had to sell it by agreeing with the refs on every call if favor of Wade and the Heat.

Tough loss. I would again say that it is tough to get upset given the circumstances but that would negate the 15 punches I just threw.

When a player like Wade has the ball the whistle is already half blown before he even does anything whereas they watch the play to see what happens when a player like Afflalo has it.

I'm too angry to write anything about the game now. Hopefully they can add something to what they have now when they start getting guys back instead of taking stuff off the table.

I watched 99% of today's game without even realizing DET was short handed. That could be because the announcers never said anything about it.

This is what JD gets for not having something on his team that resembles a star.
To counter the calls other teams stars get.

Tough to watch Wade play as he could have been a Piston.

The Pistons made 2 threes. The Pistons don't win many games at all when they are not able to incorporate the three ball into the offense. The national announcers were well aware of the lack of perimeter shooting on the squad.

It is tough for this unit to score down the stretch without Rip, Sheed or AI. They battled but the Wade factor figured to tilt the balance.

Bynum came back to earth a bit as did Afflalo. Afflalo 1 for 5 from the three. Both put up fair numbers overall but appear to be serviceable players rather then budding stars.

I loved Maxiel's blocks and he had 6 offensive boards. But...he had only 1 defensive board and the Pistons couldn't clear the boards in crunch time. His game is always a mixed bag.

Hermann hit that three (only the second of the game for the Pistons) but his shooting went back to what it has been overall: poor.

Rip is just a very strong star. I mean he is on TEAM JORDAN. But compared to the others players in the NBA, he's not that big of a star.

first i was upset that the announcers i got were italians... so i understood nothing. After reading all this, i am glad i had that. Yes, we were robbed this game. But i knew we were going to lose it when Herrmann could not stop smiling after making that 3 with 13 seconds left. Come on, show some seriousness...............
