I don't understand. Are you saying you like Flip and therefore we shouldn't criticize him? Or just that we should not be so fixated on him?
I take a realist approach and have a different take on organizational circumstances and the personalities that act as its reference points. By all means criticize and I have done my share. The real understanding is a different take on perception and how we control it (or reciprocally, how it controls us).
