This writer in LA needs to get shot. He's just a hater. But I really like how the readers responded. Bill Plaschke: Hall of shame is more like it for Dennis Rodman - latimes.com
Thats my plan. Only problem is they only play once a week. But Nationally I think you can catch games on Thursdays as well as Mondays and Sundays. Also have college Basketball and Football. I probably will end up just watching more college hoops and the Lions if they are half way decent.
Bill Plaschke hates anything Detroit...he is the one sportswriter in town that blames the Pistons for breaking up the 2004 HOF Lakers and "stealing their title" . Yeah he says that Rodman was a "cancer" while he was in LA, but by that time Rodman had won his 5 titles and was on the downswing of sports and the upswing of craziness. Plaschke is the same around the horn reporter that blamed Jared Weavers breakdown on the Tigers and then when all of the ARTH guys were asked if Verlander deserved the Cy Young award last week, he was the only guy who disagreed and said it should go to Weaver. Yep he is is LA Homer and bigger Detroit hater....
his comments were wrong, but they really pi$$ed off the wife. She boos him now on Around the Horn............
Wasn't sure where to put this one, but mat as well resurrect this dead thread with some real non Piston NBA action.... ....is this the dunk of the day or of the season or the decade?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=3w_Vy0lDk_A
I like Blake Griffin. No stare-down on Perk, no taunting, just balling. ...Even MJ stared down Pat Ewing.
BUWUHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-b...607231.html;_ylt=AvPbgtuU97RZTVuf34qTE228vLYF Check out Rubio towards the very end of the clip.
"I don't know, I don't know if it was a mental thing" I think I know. That would be a fine example of your lack of basketball IQ kind of thing.
Did anyone watch last night's Suns-Jazz game? Big Al was amazing. Millsap had a better boxscore perhaps, but Jefferson was a killer in the 4th quarter. I cannot believe we missed out on that guy. Corbin went big in the 4th with Jefferson-Favors-Millsap and they had a +10 rebound differential in the 4th quarter ALONE! Jazz is the inverse of Pistons. They've got more bigs than they know what to do with.
That trade would actually improve both the Jazz and the Lakers. Oh wait... You meant.... ah, nevermind.
Just post something really positive about Brandon Knight and KGreg will show up out of the blue to say he's not impressed.
