    Absolutely this could be a big break for Ben beating Shaq to the spot and not getting bulldozed... In general Shaq could struggle all year with this... it's about time... now if they'll just enforce the rule.

    The tougher rule on setting screens could hurt Flip's system.

    Yeah rip uses those screens a lot, but he can still run out his defender luckily.
