I don't think it is any good until after you pay.

doublead, everything you've always wanted to know about NBA TV and NBA league pass is in this thread I started a while ago.

    http://www.pistonsforum.com/nba-stuff/3421-nba-tv-nba-league-pass.html

I've had NBA TV for about 2 months now. I love it. Mostly I love all the NBA Greatest Games they show. You can see alot of old championship games and they do specials on great players with lots of footage. I get my NBA TV as part of a sports package that includes the NFL Network, which is pretty sweet right now!
    $4.99 per month!

League Pass is a different deal. It's on sale now or soon depending on your cable or satellite provider. It allows you to see NBA games in other markets. I hear it's a must have for an NBA addict. Roughly $159 a year, and you can do installments.

So read the thread, okay? Forum members posted lots of great information about both NBA TV and NBA League Pass.

Must have for fantasy b-ball fans. Also fills the gap for most games you miss on NBA League Pass.

It's one channel that you can always turn to when you are really bored... except when they are playing the White Shadow. I would recommend it in conjunction with league pass.
