Since Dumars have chosen to hang on to Michael Curry, we need to bring in a couple of good coaches, one coach should be proficient with PG skills.

I really like Bob Ociepka, he is a defensive guru, Derrick Coleman is looking for a gig, he wants to work with Big Men, Bill Laimbeer would also be ideal as an assistant (and maybe just maybe, groomed to take over coaching duties very soon).

Assistant coaches are valuable commodities, you just don't hear very much about their work because they are so behind the scenes.

I don't care much for our asst coaches, would love to dig up Kevin (KP) Porter, if he is still around and interested in coaching our guards.

I'd like it if we got an assistant coach who really asserted himself and took over most strategy implementation, roster management, and communication functions.

I acknowledge that although you didn't post it in time, you may have actually derived the idea before me. We can share the credit if it goes over well.

Ehhhh, I'm sure Ernie thought of it before we did.

...props to you for being a fast thinker and a fast typist!

The post is right on. However, I'm sorry to inform you guys that Tay posted it three minutes after I had decided to post almost exactly the same thing (although modesty prevents me from saying that I would have expressed it just a little bit better).

Anyhow, I'm willing to let the plagarism and copyright infringement stuff slide this time. I'm that kind of guy.

Nice of you to take what I sent you as a private message 2 days ago and submit it verbatim as if it were your own post.

Bill, I really resent that you are trying to take credit for my ideas. I'm going to tell Roscoe on you if you don't publicly retract your statements immediately.
