OK...Kids... Name the Partridge family kids and their manager. (I forgot the youngest girls name). Name the kids on Nanny and the Professor and the Dad (Professor...) Name the kids on Family Affair. What was the "butler's" name and what was the Uncle's name? Name the kid on The Dick Van Dyke show.(This one taxed even MY memory, lol). Name two of Theodore's (Beaver's) best friends and two of Wally's friends. Last names for extra credit & nicknames are ok too. LOL.
Whitey Whitney, Richard Rickover.........Beaver"s Eddie Haskell, Clarence (Lumpy) Rutheford.........Wally's Actually, I never saw the "Nannay and the Professor show...................
Good enough Nemo. The kids in Nanny were Hal, Butch and Prudence Everett. Yep, it was Tracy as the youngest Partridge. I'd forgotten. LOL on the Bowery boys. Tag...you're it.
These may be tougher..........good luck............ The Bowery Boys made many movies together. Name the three other labels that this group of lads had besides "The Bowery Boys" ??? Bonus question............which of the boys was on the cover of the Beatle's "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" album ???
Got 2 of 3......the last one I didn't know til I looked it up........They made a good number of movies under this name...........
Louie ran "Louie's Sweet Shop" in the Bowery. A popular hangout for the boys...........correct.........he was not anybody's father.
I think it was the third name was the "dirty faced angels" or visa versa..somting with angels and dirt in it if I am not mistaken....I almost said Little rascals, but those were the smaller fry
No "dirty" or "angels" in the name of this bunch............ A clue..........."The __________ __________ Guys"
I guess 12 hours is a long time for some of us. Answer is "The Little Tough Guys"............... Darth, Dre, or Coynejeremy..........it your turn..........
Thanks Nemo, even though I ddn't really get anything right, I'll take it. Money notes are made mostly from a special blend of cotton and linen. In 1932, when a shortage of cash occurred somewhere in the US, notes were made out of another material for a brief period. Name that material. Bonus: Name that above-mentioned location in the US.
There's some weird trivia going on in this thread! Not that there's anything wrong with that. Old TV and currency material are not areas of expertise for me, but old movies are, so I just wanted to chime in about Dre's guess. The most famous movie featuring the then "Dead End Kids" was Angels With Dirty Faces, from 1938, where they all looked up to the local gangster hero played by James Cagney.
