Truth be told, the Hornets are underachieving too, battling for the 4th spot just like the Pistons The difference is that they are currently in the 4th spot but only 2.5 games ahead of the 9th spot. The Pistons area .5 game behind the equally struggling hawks and 4.5 games ahead of the 9th place team... Depending upon how Tay's groin feels/heals, the Pistons could actually show up to play this team since they play decent vs good competition and play poorly vs bad competition
I am going to watch this game. I have plans to go to a bar later for my friend's b-day so luckily i will have liquor on hand if this game is a massacre. If we continue SB; these are the match-ups Sheed/Chandler Prince/West Rip/Peja (Posey) AI/Who is their 2? Butler maybe Stuck/CP3

Unless collectively AI, Rip and Stuck only play 90 minutes, moving one guy to the bench is meaningless. So what if Johnson plays 7 minutes, picks up his requisite 3 fouls and doesn't make another appearance.
I'm not sure if you're kidding or not, but If you actually read my posts you would see that i think that Stuck/Rip fit better together as do AI/AA. And that i loathe SB more than any other scenario. In all likelihood, Rip is not going anywhere and i know that's going to be hard for some since he's a the new scapegoat.

i wouldn't get your hopes up just yet...on the pistons website it still lists rip as one of the probable starters on the game notes

Hi all! Well, I'm watching the game RIGHT NOW. It's the first quarter, and the game is tied 10-10, and we're having a grand old time in chat. That's about all I have to say about that.
Halftime (almost halftime) Same problems No Amir. Did he play like 3 min? I checked he played 4. WTH? Dice/Sheed. They are too slow together. And How many minutes has Dice played this half ? Stuckey comes out of the game we fall apart. Tay at point again It's a little scary how fragile this team is in terms of the rotations having to be precise or else other teams just go on ridiculous runs. Even though Stuckey is not a true PG we look infinitely better with him in the game, but he realistically cannot play every minute. Maybe we need to trade for a PG. Go figure LOL. edited to add; Dice played 12. There is no NBA game against any team where Dice should play a whole quarters worth of minutes in a half.
