Of the first 26 players drafted only one (Lynch form Cal) is from a school west of the Rockies.

SF has done very well so far. They grabbed Willis with their first pick and then just traded with the Pats and grabbed OT Joe Staley with the 28th pick.

The scouting combine says that this guy hasn't learned how properly grab. You got to properly grab if you want to make all pro. LOL

Just knowing that we got only 3 first downs rushing PER GAME.......
AND averaged only like 70 yards per game, makes me believe that Calvin Johnson must be one heckuva BLOCKER...............

Colts draft a Rhodes Scholar candidate, Academic All-American, A. Gonzales, in the first round. That is so Irsay and Dungy like. I am sure this guy also attends church at least once a week. Got to love them Dolts. Clean healthy god fearing boys that play the game of football at the highest level.

Argh, the Lions traded their 2nd pick to Buffalo but what did they get in return??? I can't find it anywhere?

I was watching the NFL network and they went away right as the trade was being announced.

They swap the twos (got the 43rd pick) and got the Bills 3rd round pick

They overpaid to get Quinn. Dallas only had to drop 10 places and they also picked up their first rounder (which should be top 15) next year. Ouch.

Yeah, I was just looking at the trade. They gave up their 2nd rounder (36 overall) plus next year's #1 pick.

You've got to figure that the Browns will be drafting higher than 22nd overall next year, so basically the Cowboys get a 2nd rounder and an upgraded 1st round pick for waiting a year.

The Cowboys then turned around and traded the 36th pick and a 3rd and 5th round pick to Eagles for the 26th overall pick.

Lions select QB Drew Stanton. He's got toughness but needs to work on his mechanics.

Well that didn't take long. The Lions took all of 12 seconds to draft a QB. :frusty:
Bye bye Josh McCown we barely knew thee.

The 2 positions we needed the LEAST we grabbed with our first 2 picks.:frusty:

Four WR in 5 years in the Top 10 of the draft. That's a record that will NEVER be broken.:frusty:

Stanton in the 2nd? They could have upgraded the defense or the O-line. What could Millend have been thinking? Three QB's on the roster and they add a 4th.

STANTON! Great pick (yes, I'm biased).

I figured thats why they traded down, but figured they would take him in the third!

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

I don't mind this pick as long as he can stay healthy. I guess this means that they completely gave up on Orlowski.

There's news, the lions just made a trade. Apparently they just traded williams or Mccown. I'm trying to get info.

All they got for the 1st rounder and a backup QB was a 4th round pick? Millen is really shining. Also, if something happens to Kittna we only have a rookie on our team to step in.
