Losing two guys to the postponed snow game did me in, I think. I'd like to think I would have gotten enough blocks to put me over (3). I'm severely disappointed that my guys couldn't maintain their lead in FG% though. A couple of my guys were absolutely awful in that category.
Yep, it was an interesting match-up with all of the injuries and postponed game. I think both our teams guys played horrible compared to how they normally are.
Your guys gutted it out for the win though. Kudos. I'll just take out my frustration on The Denver Squirrels next week.
Uggghh. You probably will. We had some minor injuries that played a major factor last week. Chauncey... C-Mag... J-O... not to mention that freaking snow-out game. Tough loss to the State&Mainers! I'm hoping we can get back to our winning ways against the Coynesters. It's a short week and anything can happen.
Absolutely. I took a risk and benched some starters in favor of some of my bench guys who play more games this week. I'm hoping the guys I benched don't do better in their one game than their replacements do in two.:fingerscr It would also be real nice if George Karl sits Chauncey out for another game.:fingerscr
 The short week just turned into a loooooonnnng week for the Squirrels. Monta Ellis = knee injury (left last night's game) Corey Maggette = dislocated finger (announced on Monday) Chauncey Billups = ankle (questionable - announced on Monday) I like the ease of setting weekly lineups once and being done with it but this stuff frustrates the heck out of me sometimes.
On the bright side these will free up more minutes for Anthony Morrow who went off for 33pts, 11rbs, 4 assists, a steal, and 5 threes last night. Too bad I didn't put him in my lineup this week I think hita's gonna clobber me this week
Collison had a great first half last night, but then the Magic Van Gundy's picked up the defensive intensity in the second half, and he only picked up one more assist to finish with 9. Collison is a good little scrappy guard, but I dont think he is much better than Will Bynum. His shot might be better, but he still puts himself in pretty tough positions (traps on the sidelines, dribbling into double teams) and when you are passing to a wide open Peja and David West, it's easy to rack up assists.
Ro - you have had a bad stretch of injuries and inconsistent play, but you have to feel confident with Kobe going into the final stretch of the season as well as AI2 maybe finding a new home, and BenGo getting healthy. I think you'll be alright...alot better than 'Scoe is lookin...
I wasnt going to go that far...but yes for some reason your team did not pan out that nicely. Did you take Kims strategy and draft with your heart?
Some people are really quiet in this league, but I am happy so many are having fun. I have lousy luck in Yahoo basketball. Haven't been competitive in a long, long time.
Debt Team lookin strong after Portland dumps Steve Blake to LA...leaves only Andre Miller to fill the point guard slot. Maybe Rudy Fernandez will be worth a damn now?
I dunno. He was streaky before the injury and he's still streaky, playing mostly behind Webster, Batum & Roy. Miller's been starting the last 6-8 weeks. Bayless will be seeing more time now that Blake is gone.
Ahh I forgot all about Bayless...Is he worth looking into? I dont really need another PG at this point, just a thought.
