NOVICE Fantasy Basketball 2010-2011

I might be able to pull out a 5-4 win this week against your Freethrowers. The Curry injury is killing me but If Rufus can coach our guys to hit their free throws, get some steals, and keep hitting the 3-ball; we might be able to stop the bleeding.

Well, the Squirrels have 17 games left this week, and the Throws have 18, so I have a one game advantage through the weekend.
I'm fairly certain you have 3PTers and turnovers sewn up, but in all reality, with 17/18 games left, we are only half way through the week, as we both started with around 36 games this week.

With our star PG on the shelf, we only have 16 games left.
We're gonna be about 75 pts, 8 threes and 25 assists short this week.
I'm just hoping we can keep it close against your ball club and minimize the damage next week against the Ballaholics.

Who wants David Lee? I have a David Lee, OJ Mayo, and Roy Hibbert package ready to go! I'm looking for SG, SF, and a decent center. Who needs a change in scenery? New rotation may help...

David Lee (Roth) was a Squirrel last year and we'd be willing to take him back. He had some drama with a member of the Squirrel Girls (our dance team) but that's all in the past. His elbow concerns me. From what I read, it almost ended his career.

Diaw wouldn't like the cold weather here in the Keweenaw. J Rich might though, he was good in Lansing.

J-Rich's average ranking for the season is 31.
David Lee is around 190 or so with a diseased elbow that could cause his season end at any moment.

No amount of LSD would afford me the ability to formulate a hallucination where that would be a good deal for the Squirrels.

Spellcheck (ranked in top 50 all season) could help you guys. He's very good in all of the categories that you need help in and doesn't hurt you in the categories that you currently dominate.

Spellcheck is hardly an improvement (if any) over Ben Gordon, Butler, and the underperforming OJ Mayo. I wouldn't have a place for him anywhere, and wouldn't gain much by dumping Lee for him.

Is Flip Saunders doing some scouting for your team?
He's more efficient and more consistent than the three guys that you had mentioned.

Hedo Turkeyglue AND Spellcheck for David Lee.
...this allows you to get rid of a two of your stiffs (cough, cough - Reggie Williams?) and gets you help in cats that you need help in.

I'm borderline interested in Rashard Lewis, he could really help my 3PT. Terry, I'm kind of seeing that same over lap with Gordon, Butler and Mayo...
