I'm just hoping Darko drops to number 5.... some mid round picks I am looking at AI (somebody is going to give him his shot), JJ (did you see him last year he's going to be a stat filler this year), and MJ (I heard him say he can score 100 points if he tried.... sounds like a must have to me)

It is my first time doing a Fantasy NBA draft so please be gentle when I pick VINSANITY with my first pick. The draft manifesto I found was for the 05/06 season.

I'm going to show my true colors and I'm planning to draft our beloved Detroit Pistons - only to prove that the last year was a fluke!!

The fact that the Pistons don't have a single player on the "Can't Cut List" (when even Mo Williams is there) should be a major red flag. :attention

Believe me, this team CAN go through the season with 10-15 SGs*!!

*ok, some aren't true SGs but are not good enough for PG either.

I think Stuck is our highest guy on the default Yahoo draft list - he's at #116...

The Pistons are right where they want to be - underdogs armed with weapons such as THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE and REGRESSION TO THE MEAN! It's not drafting the same guys as everyone else that makes fantasy legends, it's thinking outside the box that do! So if you draft before me, don't be scared to pick a Piston in the first round Rax.

coyonejeremy already pointed out that no piston has "can't drop" flag it wont be hard to rebuild my team from the scratch at the 2nd week.

Fun draft guys! Thanks. I was rolling until I got some unexpected company. There were a few guys I would have liked to grab in the later rounds, but I think the computer did well for me. I made a couple of gamble picks, but that's what it's all about, right? I'm going to have a lot of fun kicking your trash this season.

Ohhh it's on. As defending champion, I'm liking my team. No returners from last year, as we didn't want any of that "Super Bowl" hangover.

It sure is on! I plan to dominate the rebounding with Superman, Crash and Amir and my supersleeper New Stride Charlie will take care of the rest.

    Good work, guys.

A rookie question, is stats like FT% calculated as the mean FT% or is it all my teams FTM divided by all my teams FTA? It makes quite a difference with Howard in my team. I reckon it is the latter since someone commented on it in the chat when I picked him. :cold:

Total team makes/total team attempts for the week.

I still think he was a steal where you got him. He hurts you in FT% but is outstanding in almost all the other categories.

    Ouch. That's some harsh trash-talk.
